Happy November! Even though the weather was less than desirable, the Fall Festival was a huge success! Thank you to Shannan Barber and Kristina Weimer who did an amazing job organizing this event. Thank you also to everyone who volunteered their time for our students.
The end of the first quarter is Monday, November 5. NFE will hold parent conferences on Monday, November 5 from 2:45 pm – 6 pm and on the morning of Tuesday, November 6 from 8:15 am – 11 am. Parent conferences are a great opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of your child’s academic progress and learn how you can continue to support your child at home. Tuesday is also Election Day, so there may be some extra traffic in the parking lot as NFE is a polling site.
Don’t forget that this Saturday, November 3 is the B & N Book Fair. It will be held at the Short Pump Barnes and Noble from 10 am – 2 pm. We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you again for your continued support!

November is here! Are you ready to trot?! Make your plans to come out to the bus loop on Saturday, November 17 at 8:30 am for the annual Nuckols Farm Elementary PTA Turkey Trot. Mrs. Sweeney starts things off with fun stretches and then the participants are off! In this non-competitive, fun event, participants run, walk, hop or skip as many laps as they like around the Turkey Trot course. Afterwards, all can enjoy hot beverages and light snacks. All NFE families are welcome to complete laps with their foxes.
This is a free family event. If you’d like to make a donation, we will have collection bins available for canned goods for the Henrico Christmas Mother, and hats and mittens for Johnson Elementary, our sister school.
Yearbook Price to Increase Tomorrow
