September absolutely flew by thanks to some incredibly successful PTA events! Our Family Picnic was a huge hit—it was genuinely great seeing all our families together and dancing with DJ Amare and Foxy. Plus, your amazing support helped our Papa John's Fundraiser raise over $2,000 for the school! You also crushed it at our first two Spirit Nights at Gelati Celesti and Chipotle. Great job supporting our school, Foxes! Please note that the Fall Festival has been postponed, but you can find more details in the newsletter. Get ready for an even more fun-filled October with our upcoming Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day, HalloSTREAM Night, and the Literati School Book Fair. IMPORTANT: FALL FESTIVAL UPDATE

Hi fox families!

We have been hard at work planning an evening of family fun for October 10th. Unfortunately, there have been some changes within the county regarding inflatable (bounce house) rentals. While we have been working with the county and our insurance company to meet the new requirements, we have not been able to reach a resolution in time to hold our event on 10/10. Because of this, we are sad to inform our NFE community that our Fall Festival has been postponed. While we will not have a Fall Festival on October 10th, the PTA Board is hard at work planning an amazing event for later in the school year, and will send updates as soon as we have them. Volunteer of the Month

Congratulations to Jadig Tandy-Garcia, our Volunteer of the Month for August/September!

Jadig did a great job planning, ordering, and distributing PTA gifts for NFE foxes at the beginning of the school year. Her dedication over the summer/behind the scenes is much appreciated as we begin the new school year.

Fox Fund-You Can Still Support our School this Year!

The Fox Fund is Nuckols Farm PTA’s main annual fundraiser, supporting classroom supplies, innovative learning technologies, after-school clubs, reading programs, and school beautification efforts. Families are encouraged to contribute a suggested $50 per child, though any donation amount is appreciated, and all contributions are tax-deductible with many employers offering matching gift programs. Your generosity directly enriches student learning and helps make Nuckols Farm a thriving community for all “little foxes.”

Get Your Chalk on!

In an effort to jazz up the area for Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day, we are inviting parents to help chalk the sidewalks Tuesday, October 7th in the afternoon (weather permitting). Please plan to arrive around 4:00pm. Jaclyn will have chalk at the ready for your artistic talents! If you are interested in helping, please RSVP here.

On Wed, Oct 8th, Walk, Bike or Roll to School along with thousands of other students around the country! Join the movement!

To kick the celebration up a notch, the PTA is hosting Two Ugly Mugs food/coffee truck on site at the start of school, so you can reward yourself with a treat when you arrive.
15% of all sales will be donated back to our Foxes!

HalloSTREAM Night: Thursday Oct. 30th!

Join us for a night of spooky science, technology, engineering, art, reading, and math activities for the whole family. You can trick or treat with a robot, design a monster, construct a haunted bridge, glow dance, and more! There will also be food trucks and raffle prizes galore!

Feel free to wear costumes. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yearbook News: WE WANT YOUR PHOTOS!

Please upload photos from open house, the first day of school, ASE, and other school events for possible inclusion in the 2025-2026 yearbook. When Herff Jones transitioned to Varsity, they had to do away with the app. Please go to yearbookshare.com to upload photos now. Our school code is #10385.

Yearbook sales are live! Only hardcover yearbooks will be offered this year. The price is $30 through October. The price will increase to $35 on November 1. The ship to home option will not be offered this year. All books will be shipped to NFE, where they will be sorted and distributed to students in May. The last day to order a yearbook ad is March 1, 2026, and the last day to order a yearbook is April 10, 2026. Order now!
