Teachers will have a list of children that are staying for After School Enrichment, but we would very much appreciate it if you can remind your children, as well. Please remember pick up is at 3:15.  You will have to park and come in to sign your child out of his/her class (Please have your ID present). If you come earlier than 3:15, please wait in the main lobby.
We appreciate your willingness to help, it makes programs like this possible for our children. If you signed up to volunteer, thank you very much! If not, please take a look at MTK and sign up to volunteer.  If you need to cancel/switch your volunteer date, please try to get someone else to replace you as soon as possible and let one of us know. We do not receive an email when someone signs up or cancels. Here is the form for convenience:  After School Enrichment- Parent Volunteers- Winter 2019  (only works if you are signed in), it can also be found under MTK My Account > My Forms.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact one of us (we will be wearing tie dye shirts, so we will be easy to spot).
A separate email will be sent out to parent volunteers with instructions, no later than Monday, January 7.
