💼 What’s New This Year?

We're excited to introduce a new form of reimbursement: Venmo payment! You can now choose to select reimbursement by check or Venmo payment. We will hope this will cut down on the time it takes to get funds back in your pocket!

We are continuing to use MoneyMinder to help streamline reimbursements and payments—making your life easier and keeping our PTA organized.

No more printing forms, chasing signatures, or wondering where your receipts went. With just a few clicks, you can now:

🕒 Processing Time: Reimbursements and payments are typically processed within 2 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been submitted and another when it's been processed.

📌 A Few Tips

Make sure to submit receipts within 30 days of purchase.
Receipts should be clear and itemized.
We generally do not use PTA funds to purchase gift cards
If you’re working with a vendor, please make sure their invoice includes their name, mailing address or email (for digital payments), and a short description of the services/products provided.
