Farm Happenings - Week of 8/31
8/31/2020 11:53 am
Back to School Drive-Thru on Thursday, September 3!
During this event classroom teachers will be holding signs with their names to identify themselves. Students can create posters, decorate their car, or place a sign in the dashboard including their name and their teacher's name. This event will allow for both students and teachers to make connections, putting faces with names, even at a distance. When driving through to pick up your child’s learning kit we ask that families open the trunk or direct us to place items in the backseat for a contactless hand-off.
Our event will have staggered start times to ensure we are able to get all students through the loops in a timely manner while not creating too much congestion on Graham Meadows Drive. We will have two locations for learning kit pick up, please make sure you follow the correct traffic pattern for your student’s pick up.
Bus Loop Pick Up
(We ask that families turn off of N.Gayton onto Gayton Station and then right onto Gayton Hills Ln and then right onto Graham Meadows. You will see the bus loop on your right. Please enter the loop driving slowly and follow the driveway to meet your teacher and pick up your child’s learning kit. Then proceed out of the bus loop turning right on to Graham Meadows Drive.)
Kindergarten & SIS Program- 12:00-1:00
Second Grade- 1:15-2:15
Fourth Grade- 2:30-3:30
Parking Lot Pick Up (Car Rider Loop)
(We ask that families turn off of N.Gayton onto Gayton Station and then right onto Gayton Hills Ln and then right onto Graham Meadows. You will see the main parking lot on your right just past the bus loop. Please enter the lot driving slowly and follow the sidewalk area to meet your teacher and pick up your child’s learning kit. Then proceed out of the parking lot turning right on to Graham Meadows Drive.)
First Grade- 12:00-1:00
Third Grade- 1:15-2:15
Fifth Grade- 2:30-3:30

We are asking that everyone spread out: stay in your home and wave from the windows, stay on porches, in your individual yards, or within your vehicles to adhere to the state guidelines for social distancing.
